@gypsyready Are these stretchy? What does the hips measure when stretched?

Hey, Thanks for your interest in my clothing. When I measure the hips on a flat lay they measure 24" and when I stretch them they measure 28". Yes they do have a lot of stretch to them. Thanks again and have an awesome weekend. Renee'
