Crochet tassel fringe top

Crocheted tassel top. Soft material. Great condition. No stains or rips. The front has tassels/fringes. They go down in a V pattern and hang loose about 5 inches long each. They go up to the shoulders and stop. The last picture I pulled some straight out so you can see how long they are. I don’t know what brand because their is no tag
