Beautiful crochet lace design. Perfect for layering. Delicate and stylish. No label. Can’t remember the brand. Worn open, no clasps. Feels like cotton or a cotton blend. Has been used but still looks pretty good. Look closely at photos. I would guess a girls s/m. Arm pit to arm pit is 15”. Side to side at hem is 14”. Length top of shoulder to hem is 15”.
