Crisscross Back Cutout Embroidered Overlay Dress

Beautiful rose embroidered overlay dress. I bought this from Shein but it's too small. It's a Medium but I have really big hips and a big butt so it won't fit. It fits perfect everywhere else. Straps are adjustable. I'm 5"5' length is perfect. Please lmk if you have any questions !
