The bag measures about 14 in wide, 9 in tall, 5 in deep, and has a double handled strap drop of about 10 in. There is one large main pocket with many organizing pockets inside that has a zipper enclosure. On each side of the main pocket are two magnetic enclosure pockets. It is in good used condition with some marks near the bottom that have been pictured.
