Aka Hoop skirt to keep shape of dress...used once for less than an hour for wedding Stretchy material to pull on and stay for adjust height. I'm really short (not 5 ft tall ) w/o cutting it to death, I made this piece work and never had an issue. Has protectant barrier against the dreaded fluff (tulle) and has been dry cleaned. Non smoking kids and pets ** WOULD SUGGEST IT EASILY FITS (women's sizing ) a 6 to 12 comfortable. That's pretty average and wide range. No tag but possibly a medium to large fitting Open to REASONABLE offer, anything half or below is literally r@ping people. Don't go there, I'm in the same selling boat you are
