Crewcuts Velvet Party Dress Tiered Ruffled Short Sleeves Elastic Puffy Zipper Back Lined From Holiday 2022 It’s a silky rayon velvet and the light was reflecting in my photos Size 4 Approximate Measurements PTP 11” Length 22” Great condition- it was worn once for a few hours and stored for a year in a Rubbermaid and could use a steamer or iron on the bottom as seen in the photo with blue circle *** It does NOT come with a belt and the belt loops on the sides were cut off. *** The last picture is a stock photo from Crewcuts- the ribbon belt did not look perfect as shown….it was a wrinkled mess!
