Crescent ring with ruby, Sterling silver, size 5.5, women’s

This was a handmade ring, bought from Etsy. Unsure if the ruby is natural or lab created. Sterling silver with oxidized appearance. Size is 5.5, but where the band is wider it feels more like a 5.25 fit. Typically, you should size slightly bigger if ordering a wide band ring.
