Cream with navy strips sweater

I thrifted this a while ago and I believe it was hand made bc there’s nvr been a brand tag or any evidence of one. It’s in great condition. I’m an extra small and 5’3” and it fits me well could probably fit a small but wouldn’t go bigger than that without risking it being short in the torso
