Cream sweater with frilly hem

NWOT. Never worn or washed. Ordered it online but it's unfortunately made for someone much taller than me. I am 5'1" & it covers my butt. The hem hits right at my widest area and 'fluffs out' making me look even wider & ridiculous. Was not expensive enough to hassle with the return process, but it seems to be very well made for the price! No defects, stains or flaws as far as I can tell. Would look really cute on a taller person w/a longer torso. It's a small but seems more like a medium
