Cream ruffle sleeve sweater top, size 3X

This cream colored knit top is cut like a sweater vest, with ruffles at the sleeves. It is a cotton polyester blend with really great stretch. It fit me comfortably but form fitting and hit at about the hip when I tried it on. It measures about 25” from underarm to underarm and about 25” in length. C2
