Cream floral Asian print top, Forever 21 size S (medium fit)

Unique too, beautiful Asian print with blue pattern on sleeve. Flattering pleated neckline. Great condition- no stains or tears. Shirt has two small side loops for a small belt/ sash. Missing the original tie. Brand tag is torn (see photo). See photos for measurements. Size it small but it’s a loose fit as you can see from the pictures- feels more like a medium
