Cream and navy line above knee strap dress

Above the knee, light weight material, strap dress, new with tag. Color is off white with navy blue strips and detail floral style patter on the bottom. Lined under. New with tag. Tag says L, but I say about a 6 or 8, L might be Asian size. Material is slightly stretchy.
