Cream and blue A-line dress

Super cute cream and navy patterned dress, with scoop neck and A-line skirt. Sleeves fall just above the elblow, skirt hits mid-thigh. Zippered back, fabric has no stretch. Only worn once to an engagement party, in great condition.
