Cream floral peplum blouse, women's size small. Purchased from a boutique, worn once. Double tie feature at chest allows for as much openness as you are comfortable with. Ruffle detail at neck and shoulders. Top is lined but sleeves are sheer. Elastic cuff at wrists. End of ties are loose/frayed - this is the way the item was made, but they could easily be knotted. Item comes from smoke and pet free home (dog in pic enjoys nice fenced in back yard where she gets to run around and play!). Floral detailing includes subtle green, lilac, light pink, mustard, and gray.
