a_matson Yeah! I was sure that I saw some measurements for this skirt because I've had a close eye on it. Am I mistaken? Maybe you told me in a message? I'll look. I do need to know them though. The W, H, and L.

a_matson Hi. Thank you so much for providing more information. I'm afraid the waist is something I won't be able to modify w/o excessive cost. Manufacturers measurements are all over the place these days. I just can't squeeze my waist into a 28"- LOL.
