Cream Cable Knit Cardigan sweater womens M

Cozy and cute as heck cream cable knit cardigan. No size tag anywhere I can see would fit a small, medium or large depending on the desired fit. This seems to be hand knit! I'm not sure by who, It was a gift and I think it's so cute but the arms are a smidge short on me so I only ever tried it on never wore it out. The buttons appear to be wooden. The whole thing is so darling I'd love to find this a good home I'd be happy to take more pictures or measurements if you want them! Thanks for looking.
