Cream & Blue Floral 60s Wiggle Dress with Matching Capelet

This dress was handmade with care! The fabric has such a cool floral print - it's very 60s! I love the slight hint of a cowl neckline in the front and the small slit in the back to make walking in this wiggle dress easier! There's a matching capelet that even has snaps to keep it attached to the straps of the dress! Just gorgeous and so unique! The straps have been sewn on in the front - I thought it was the back at first. They are very short but have some seam allowance so you could lengthen them if you want. The waist is elastic.
