Crazy Amethyst & Crystal Tooth Pendant

What is this necklace! It was in an Alexis Bittar bag but it's marked so I'm not sure. It's very interesting. I think it's a tooth or it's bone! The crystals are beautiful. There appear to be tiny sequins in bass. The tubes are either brass or gold that needs to be polished. 36" chain Pendant is 2" long and 1 1/2" wide It's so crazy I'm unsure I want to sell it but I thought I would put it up and if I get a good price for it I'll let it go.
