Such a fun, unique, colorful skirt! This skirt is handmade and I bought it off Etsy. It is a small and the waist band is elastic. Definitely made for a small waisted person. I’m a size 4 but could fit someone who is a size 2. In great condition. Length of skirt 19 inches long. Great for an art teacher to wear!
