We used this onlyyyy with another white changing pad on top of it, as you can see in one of this photos (the one with my baby in it), her bottom never touched this changing pad. 10/10 condition, no signs of any wear, tear, blemishes or unraveling. Has openings in sides if you use buckles to snap your kiddo in. Pet & smoke free home Soooo much more luxurious than the thin changing pad covers you see out there, we loved this thing but are out of diapers!
