Cranberry Red, Off The Shoulder Bell Sleeve Blouse

Pretty ,off the shoulder blouse features, a beautiful cranberry red hue with elasticized neck/Shoulder ,so you can wear it baring both shoulders, one shoulder or loose neck line, tie belt can be worn around the neck instead ,size XL ,the belt has a discoloration,(see last 2 photos) not really noticeable ,manufacture mistake (it came that way when it was purchased ,online ),otherwise great condition.
