Cozy paneled tulip skirt

Super cute patterned tulip skirt. Skirt is paneled, to allow for more movement (see 2nd photo). EUC. Poly blend, but material is thick and feels wool-like. Great for colder weather with tights! Size is listed as petite, but I think it fits like regular sizing Across waist: 14.5" Length: 19"
