Cozy fleece lined leggings

These leggings are a deep red wine color can be worn casually or dress them up with an ugly sweater or elegant jewel tones. They do run small. Marked as an XL measurements are approximately Waist- 12” stretches to 20-21” lying flat Leg opening- 4 3/4” stretches to 9” also lying flat. So it fits more of a Medium or Large.
