Cozy dress

Cozy dress with bell sleeves and a tie in the back, V neck. Cute polka dot and flower detail. It’s nice and warm, perfect winter dress! Also it says it’s a large, which is probably why I could never fill out the front and always had to wear a tank top underneath. I’m a small girl so this could fit probably anyone!
