11gem Hi you say it runs large, but would be best for a medium small? So I’m confused can you give me pit to pit, measurement & the neck folded down like picture measurement. Laying flat & length please

janetantolos @11gem hi the tickets says large but I’m a 14 /16 with a full bust and it’s snug... it would fit a size small or medium best if worn as a tunic/ loose ... I will not be able to measure ... hectic week
