Cowl necked sleeveless little black dress

Flattering Cowl runched neck, slim waist A-line polyester dress. This dress hits slightly below my knee (I'm 5'5"). This IS a Banana Republic dress, though as you can see in pic 2, I cut the tag off (cuz itchy). Please excuse the messy storage room. Adult children won't move - ha ha!
