Cowl neck tunic with button detail in navy blue

Cowlneck tunic top with fun pleating and button detail at the neck. This is a knit fabric with a little stretch - size XL - a big 14/small 16. The tunic hits just below the hip. (I am 5’6”) worn a few times. Never put in the dryer. From a clean, smoke-free home.
