Cowl neck, dark floral, sequin dress

This is a pretty black rayon with some purple and pink florals. Some of the florals are randomly outlined in the sequence. The Cowell neck can be worn on or off the shoulder. The over is sheer, but this is fully lined and an excellent condition.
