westernhorse @belindanorris12 this hat comes in sizes so it would be better to know what size hat your friend wears but if your saying he small medium I would go with a size 7 It’s has the leather straps so you can adjust it around the neck area is it for a man or women ?

belindanorris12 @westernhorse it is for a man, and he is very picky, if he can't get it in exactly a S/M he will not order it. I'm having a hard time finding hats with that particular size. Do you happen to have the Flack burnt gallup straw cowboy hat? He really likes that one and it comes in a S/M

westernhorse @belindanorris12 yes for this hat I need to know the exact size he wears because it comes in exact sizes since it’s a more expensive hat Their are other hats on my page that come in small medium large etc. those come with the adjustable band sizes No I don’t have that style of hat

westernhorse @belindanorris12 sometimes it depends where you live ..how far but once I drop it at the post office you will receive a tracking number and you can track the item whenever from your phone so you will know where it’s at At all times I can ship it out tomorrow morning if you need it soon

belindanorris12 @westernhorse hope things are good. I have a situation, my friend Kathy Joyner ordered the hat from you that we didn't get. She got the hat & I took it to him. The hat is too big. I only ordered it due to the fact that you said size 7 & S/M was the same. I wouldn't have went to the trouble of getting someone else to order for him had not thought the sizes were the same. He can't use it & i would very much like to return it & you refund her money. Would you be so kind as to work this out for us.

westernhorse @belindanorris12 size 7 is about a medium but you never asked me about what size that is it’s really hard to say if he’s a 7 u.s because that is the size she or you ordered. my hat sizes are correct she ordered a size 7 and that’s what I sent out it’s true to size. It’s was her error for not knowing what her size was or his .spoke to her on the phone and I said it was ok for a refund but unfortunately I can’t just because that’s the size she ordered and their is no r3funds on poshmark im sorry 😐

You said to order a 7. That's why a 7 was ordered. I wouldn't have ordered it if you hadn't said size 7 was same as the S/M.
