Cowboy Leather blanket boots

Rawhide tool type leather Aztec inspire blanket tapestry like multi color fabric mid calf cowboy style boots, new without tag, mark size 9 but runs small and best suited for a size 7 1/2-8. These appear to be custom made , no label. The size is written in ink in the inside -9. There is small scuff mark in right outer side towards front. It is most likely can be cleaned off. There is also small tear in the inner left boots side seam, not visible from the outside and also don’t take away from the boots . See last photo . Measurements: length of soles 10” Heels 1” shaft 12” w/heels circumference 14”
