This is a PU or imitation leather knee high boot. NWT This boot has an ombré toe top with intricate designs adorning the outside. Sized as an 8 but fits like an 8.5 due to the extra room from the toe tip. I have included spacers (see pictures) so someone that is a size 8 can wear these. They do run big. please see measurements.
