bust of 32" would be an xxs. Are you sure of the measurements?

@skendall63 I remeasured, and the bust is indeed 32" when laid flat. While a number of the Target designer collaboration pieces tended to run small because of designer sizing, this dress is knit and intended to have a form fitting bodycon look. The bust can stretch to about 40".
