I have saw this and was wondering what it was so is that an eyeshadow with the liquid in this bottle so it makes the color more dominate?

@bohista it's a highlight for your cheeks but beauty bloggers have said it's a multi purpose product so you can he on lips or eyes, wherever desired really.

@hawkins2316 ok I didn't know if that was an eyeshadow with the liquid because with younique our rosewater helps our colors stand out more and I was just wondering if it was like a rose water but this actually has a color to it. Thanks
