Couture&Haute Couture Learn The Terms before you plaster it all over your closet

I see a lot of you have couture and haute couture plastered all over your closet, but you don’t have any CUSTOM, ONE OF A KIND PIECES!!!! There are only 17 Haute Couture Ateliers that can use the word and have been approved by the French Government! I am a couturier but not a haute couturier because I am based in USA! Couture is not sold in stores, It is made by appointment only! Made To Measure!
