Couture size 8 prom/pagent dress-fits more like4/6

Couture pagent/proM dress only worn once for about 3 hours… fits more like a 4-6 since couture does run a tad smaller and I’m 5’7 for reference and wore 2 inch heels but can be rehemmed if needed, I wear a 4-6 in jeans and a small-medium top
