Couture Designer Prabal Gurung NewYork Electric Violet Cape/Cloak. Stunning!

A gorgeous Cape/Cloak. Prabal Gurung I’ve followed and bought since his beginnings. I find him fascinating. He dresses many celebrities. I’ll have more up soon! He is fashion famous! The texture of this is almost mohair. Woolen and the brushing backwards gives this almost sheared lamb look. Soooo bright and so colorful. A big grand entrance, imagine whipping this on and off to come and go lol. I was only able to find out very little about it. I know it is either a runway or concept. I did see a version in Jennifer Hudson drawing but it tied and didn’t have the collar . I think the collar makes the whole look. From my loved list but I’ve never found any store that sold it. The inside of this piece is just amazing. It is finished impeccably. Every seam edge all of it sewn with a magenta pink edge. measurements all are flat one side..this is a bit hard to measure because of shape. Only The Royal can wear purple… 🔴 Shoulders very fitted at 17/18” with a vintage crisp shape. I am 19” and it still looked fitted and like it does on the mannequin. 🔴 Bust varied and I see no size concern over 48” opens car wide with no real closure. I’m just going seam to seam flat and overlapped. 🔴 Waist is the same very wide no issue 🔴 Hip very wide no issue 🔴 Length 56/57” maybe a few inches longer in back drape up to 64”. It is meant to bloom out behind you. 🔵 No size inside no materials label nothing. I looked and even contacted but no answer from them.
