Courtenay polka dot midi skirt sz XL

this skirt has an elastic waist and some pleats in the front and back to increase the flowy-ness of the skirt. the polka dot material is slightly sheer but the skirt is double lined to prevent it from being see through. skirt is preloved but is in great condition.
