@leeannrobinson It's impossible to give a super accurate measurement of the hip since the "hip" area will vary by person due to the difference in breast size, and the dress is pleated.
I did, however, measure from the bottom of the pockets from side to side, and got 35", I hope that info helps!

@33mercedes Hello there! I took two measurements for you; please reference the photos for the points at which I took them. The first one I took was at the bottom of the longest line in the center of the chest: approximately 18.25". The second I took was at the bottom of the arm holes: approximately: 26.5". I hope that helps!

To be more specific, the actual bottom of the arm holes, not the top of the panel of modesty fabric sewn across it.
