Cotton turquoise dress 👗

This dress fits like a small/medium it doesn't say the size and I can't remember what size I ordered. I wore it in a wedding but it's definitely casual enough just to be out and about in. Cute, not too low in the back so you can still wear a bra with is. Hits just above my knee and I'm 5'3. I'm a size 4 up top and 27 pants to give you an idea of how it fits.
