I love this skirt it’s a one size fits most with a tie waist line. It has these fabulous embroidered dancing people with mirror work on their dresses and bells on their toes. It’s a bright orange. There embroidery work is basically blue and green and it has an electric blue hem Bells are a gold brass tone in excellent condition.
