Cotton summer dress

There is a tie in front to make a cute bow, zipper in the back. I cut the tag on this dress since it was itchy but it is a size Large. Should fit size 10/12. Light wear in armpits otherwise good condition. Cotton fabric provides structure and seem slimming. Smoke free home. 18" lay flat waist and pit to pit
