Cotton dressy stretchy top from Anthropologie, like brand new!!

Purchased from Anthropologie a couple of years ago, I only wore this once during Christmas and it was adorable but no longer fits, likely fits someone who is small chested (a zero to size 4) zips up the side and is very feminine, flares at the waist
