Cotton blend floral pencil skirt lined 16 *READ

Cotton floral pencil skirt 16 by Roz &Ali. Lined. Please note: On me the liner shows about 1/8” (it looks like a black slip), but I think it’s because it’s so tight it won’t zip. It’s possible it may need to be hemmed or glued with fabric glue though. I’ve adjusted the price to reflect this. It says you can tumble dry it but I hung it up. Wore only once, before it was too small. Very pretty substantial cotton blend skirt.
