Cotton Shirtdress khaki and polka dots floral pattern

This is such a cute dress! I think it was a target collab but the tag is cut out so I’m not sure. It has pockets and comes with a tie belt. Dress can be work with or without a belt there is elastic in the back for a flattering fit. The sleeves are a feminine 3/4 with a button cuff.
