Cotton Patterned Tunic Top- 3T

Super cute cotton blousey-top. It has buttons down the front, a peplum flounce past the waist to make it a tunic length, & bell sleeves. The pattern is an black arrow pattern on white with mustard yellow trim. Note that this is not a cotton knit. Looks great over black or yellow leggings, capris, or jeans.
