These are Men's size small, though I wore them and list them as a women's medium. Light weight cotton jammies. Perfect for all year with a draw string waist band and POCKETS! Which is why I often chose men's pajama pants so I can stick my phone somewhere. Gently used by me in an obviously large rotation. the crotch is NOT seamed closed they came like this :) ** please note the category and sizing. posh doesn't have a "men's pajama" category.
