Cotton Floral Skirt

Awesome skirt! I like it a lot. 2 layers so you don't have to worry about your under layers showing. This listing is only for the skirt, if you'd like the top (which matches perfectly!) send me an offer for the both of them. Like new condition. Thin ruffle like elastic at the top, which isn't ugly, but you'll want a top that covers it.
