Cotton Floral Mini Skirt/Skort

Extremely cute, floral mini skort/skirt. Built in shorts, Zipper on the back. The perfect length. Not the biggest fan of Forever 21 but this is like my favorite skirt out of my collection of skirts. I'm sad to part ways with it, it no longer fits me. Size Small, can fit extra small frames as well! Smoke free home In great used condition
