Cotton Floral Lace and Layered Tulle Dress by Weston

So many details difficult to describe. It is a dress with a lot textures and layers. First the cropped top is a cotton/acrylic/wool blend floral lace print over a solid charcoal gray Polyester top. 2 inch Black Elastic Waist Band. Skirt is two layers - top one is Black Tulle Netting, the second one is the gray Polyester with a large ruffle of 3 layers - gray polyester, tulle and gray polyester. Full length zipper in the back of the dress. Keyhole button closure on the neckline on the back. Dry Clean Only.
